They beat a D2 school by 3 last week lol on the last play of the gameCharleston Southern is legitimately horrible. Clemson will prob end up blowing them out
Correct answer all the aboveI’ve learned over the years not to overreact much to early season games , good or bad. Last week with Clemson I thought a lot of weird stuff happened like three trips inside the 7 and no points. Duke is also a good team so I wasn’t ready to say something was off with them but it’s starting to look like something just isn’t jiving so far. Not sure if it’s the OC Riley not having full control of the O , the skill guys not being as talented as previous years, Klubnik being overrated or all the above? It’s still early in the season but this will be interesting to watch.
Probably but it warms my heart to know that some Clemson fans are uncomfortable right now.Charleston Southern is legitimately horrible. Clemson will prob end up blowing them out
Clemson expected to have 41 points last week, per that analytics formula. Sorta similar to just having a bad shooting night on the court. You can’t take much from that Duke game IMO.I’ve learned over the years not to overreact much to early season games , good or bad. What do you consider fine ? 8-10 wins ? Because this is nowhere near a normal Clemson team. I just don’t see the dominate athletes at multiple positions. It’s one of their slower teams of recent memory. They can still win most weeks but it’s not as talented of a squad.Clemson looks fine except for freakish mistakes. They should be OK this year once they settle in with the new OC.
Eh, their QB puts the ball in harms way regularly. Don’t consider that a freakish mistake from my point of view, and that will make you very beatable against better teamsClemson looks fine except for freakish mistakes. They should be OK this year once they settle in with the new OC.
I guess I was just thinking of not falling below the pace of the last 3 years, which is not a championship/playoff level team but 10 wins or so. They definitely do not have the WRs they did from '15-'18 and they need that to get back to being a contender. But they could lose to FSU and Miami and still get to 10.What do you consider fine ? 8-10 wins ? Because this is nowhere near a normal Clemson team.
