The class ranking doesn't do justice to what a clusterf@ck this has become. The QB bailed, 3 of the four RBs bailed, 1 DT, CB rich year in SoFla and those kids leaving in droves...what? 3kids from Dade and Broward? It goes on and on. Not to mention not one change in the coaching staff recruiting/coaching these kids. Kids just aren't buying it, man.
 
VT, UNC and Washington all ranked above us and that's not counting the elite teams, which we are not.

WhatTheHell, you always keep it real. All the slurpers and ESPN analysts would spew this B.S. I even have to admit I thought once the "cloud" dissipated, Golden would clean house in recruiting. All that was before he was exposed as a fraud, tired, wasted used car salesman. His sales pitch worked for a few years and now everybody in SFL realizes he's a fraud.

Best thing that that ever happened to this ***got is "the cloud." Allowed him to con everyone that he wasn't the fat ***got he really is. **** him and **** Blake James, and **** ***** ***gins aka Donna Shalala.

What a complete joke of a season, recruiting class, and program. All you Golden Girls rambled on and on about was this guys "fantastic recruiting." He's garbage and always was. The cats out the bag and we still have people blaming the fans of all people. Ridiculous
 
NCAA could not possibly have hurt us worse than not firing this fack fut after UVA game.

If you do that math on 247, the class rank falls to 32. Wonderful. We can fill up the class with 2 and 3 stars to boost that ranking like Shannon did at the end of his tenure. That won't set us back for more than 3 or 4 years.

The thing is, we're not even developing the talent that we do get. Over the course of their Miami career they play below what their expected standards were, but when they play in the Senior Bowl they're absolute beasts like we expected them to be. We need Butch :(

Why wait until then? At this point it's hard to imagine the recruiting class falling apart if Golden were to be fired TODAY..............it would probably get better!
 
If you look at the overall player rating, we're even lower than the original numbers posted. To me, that's what matters as teams bringing in a bunch of recruits have their total ranking inflated because of it.
