Looking over the list from 2010, we picked up 5 recruits after NSD and only one was worth a scholarship at the U... and he was a project that took 3 years before contributing.
5/2/11 Darius Smith (JC) – Contributed as starter on a weak D Line.
5/3/11 Corey King – Transferred out to Kansas for RS SR year
6/6/11 Thurston Armbrister – Worked his way to starter and signed as FA with Jaguars in 2015
8/3/11 Hunter Wells – Never really contributed
9/1/11 Junior Alexis – Transferred out after 1 year
Although we didn't really need the scholarships for 2012 after all the early NFL departures and we signed 33 in that class. I expect SQUAD 17 to be a big quality class.

2017 is going to be a big class of about 28-32 kids.....some of the guys committed now wont be there....its going to be an interesting time until then. But we have to show a good brand of football next year for it to matter

QB: A+
Returning: Kaya (JR), Rosier (RS SO), Shirreffs (RS FR)
Returning one of the best in the nation with 2 year of starting experience.
Lost: Crow
We lost Crow from last year who had absolutely no impact here.
Signed: Allison
Love Jack and think he will develop well under Kaya. I'm good with 1 QB per year and he should be able to resshirt this year and compete once Kaya goes pro.
Why A+: We need 1 good QB every year and got a really good one. He is confident and committed. Has good frame with a great arm. Will get to RS and compete once Kaya leaves.
RB: B
Returning: Yearby (JR), Walton (SO), Gus (RS JR), Gray (RS JR)
Everyone comes back and we get Gus back from injury.
Lost: None

Love Travis but was hoping for one more back in this class since we only signed one last year as well. 2017 should be a big RB class.
Why B: We needed 2 good RB this year with 3 JRs and a SO on the current roster for 2016. We got one of the best in FL but would have been nice to have one more.

We return Tucker (SR) and Batten (SR) so we should be pretty solid.

Coley coming back for SR year is huge and he should have a break out year.

Only Scott and Waters will be missed.

One of the top WR classes in the nation with 3 All-Stars that are all very different. They are upgrades from what we lost but we could have used one or two more with one 5 WRs on the current roster.
Why A: We needed at least 4 good WR this year with only 5 scholarship players on the roster including 2 SRs. We got 3 of the best... quality over quantity.
TE: A+
Returning: Dobbard (SR), Njoku (RS SO), Herndon (JR), Washington (RS SO)
We return one the best TE groups in the nation.
Lost: O'Donnell
He was a blocking TE that did not see much action over 4 years.
Signed: Haskins, Irvin Jr.
We sign 2 solid TEs with lots of potential for the future. Both should be able to redshirt in 2016. Irvin needs to develop more physically and Haskins needs to learn the position since he played mostly QB in HS.
Why A+: We needed 1-2 TE this year for the future and got 2 good ones. Haskins was a great pull late in the game. Both players have great potential and should get a RS year to develop.
C: B
Returning: Linder (JR), Knighton (RS SO)
Linder should be bigger and stronger in his third year. Knighton will be a solid backup now that he is recovered. We should be improved from last year.
Lost: None

Returning: Isidora (SR), McDermott (JR), Gall (SR), Mahoney (RS FR), Gauthier (RS FR), Grimsley (RS SO)
We return everyone that played last year except for Brown. Hopefully the young guys have improved and will step up.

Plus since we only signed 3 WRs to this class (and Mullins might not make it in) I could easily see Trayone Gray moving to WR. But I don't think that 2 RBs this class was a neccessity with Gus returning. Because even if Gray switches we will have 4 RBs this year, which is enough. Next year I expect two though.
