Everyone knows what we are running and when we are running it. Mario is incredibly predictable. And he continues to metal with the offensive play calling. Over and over and over again.

Yesterday, Dawson opened the play calling quite a bit. He ran more spread. On 4th and short, we went to predictable football and SMU put more body’s than blockers to stop us. Dropped passes and penalties killed us the most.

Whats absolutely crazy is that Dawson himself said that SMU defense has an uncanny ability to stop 3rd and 4th and short plays, you would think he would use their aggressiveness against them, Mario most likely overruled him with tuff n fizical hubris and we got that result..

Yesterday, Dawson opened the play calling quite a bit. He ran more spread. On 4th and short, we went to predictable football and SMU put more body’s than blockers to stop us. Dropped passes and penalties killed us the most.

He opened the playbook more and it worked. When important moments came though they went conservative. The Oline committed legit 2 penalties per player. Lyle sucked and kept getting in the game. Trader pussied out on a catch that led to an interception that scared the coaches into being more conservative as usual. At least lofton drop was on a legit hard hit, but still that was another TD off the board. Coaches were ultra fat pussies for not going for the win to end the game.
This offense will have moments where they open it up, but once it has too much success, they close it right back up cause it isn’t how they want to win. They rather lose than win like that

SMU is a good defense against the run. Horrendous against the pass. Beck only threw for 265 while their guy threw for nearly 400 yard. Something is wrong with this picture.

It's just nuts that we had 2nd & 3 and 3rd & 1 twice on the 4th quarter drive to go up 20-17, and we didn't throw the ball once on those four plays. The game was tied; we weren't salting away the game up 2 scores! Beck was playing well! We had already been stuffed once on 3rd & 3 and 4th and 1. It's wild that a successful first down run yesterday meant we just run it again to get the first or get to 3rd and short. We threw it once after a successful first down run, and we had a bunchm

Not sure if you are serious. You can't throw the game ending picks he threw against Louisville and smu. These are game defining throws and he ***** the bed when we need him.

This. He was great yesterday. If not for the trader and lofton drops he has over 300 yards and 3tds and no ints in regulation.

Take away the INT in OT and Beck was great. I’d like to see him push it down field more, but that is nitpicking.

100 percent. He is the head coach and he has the power to say "don't do that again". But he continues to allow it.
