2026 CJ Sanna 3* LB from Lewis Center, OH commits to OSU

CJ Sanna was offered on March 2, 2025 and is currently crystal balled to OSU. @DMoney says we're seriously recruiting him (this recruitment seems to be escalating quickly cause the offer just went out). OSU, Oklahoma, Miami and Rutgers have all offered the last month.

With the team off for spring break, the staff is even more locked in on recruiting. Here are some names to monitor as business begins to pick up:

- Miami is aggressively pursuing offensive linemen in this class, which they believe is the best in years. This includes high-profile uncommitted targets (Jackson Cantwell, Keenyi Pepe) and flips. Two potential targets for a flip: four-star Mississippi State commit Emanuel Tucker (New Albany, MS) and Louisville commit Joel Ervin (Fort Myers). Miami is very high on the upside of both.

Anything is possible, but pulling a kid like this, from where he's from is unlikely. Toledo, Cincinnati and maybe Cleveland would be areas where we could steal a kid or two, but honestly Ohio really doesn't produce many kids worth the effort anymore. To paraphrase the great ***** poet, Shawn Carter "We fell from top 10 to mentioned at all". I do like the 2 RB kids from the Columbus area in this cycle, though.
