Cj Henderson, watch the first drive

These days players getting drafted in round 1 at CB must be able to tackle. Greedy Williams was an excellent cover guy, better than Henderson could dream of being. Williams fell to the second round because of concerns about tackling and toughness. Henderson flat out avoids guys let alone tackle them. He makes Williams look like Ronnie Lott.
I’ve never paid that close attention to the kid until today. Anyone thinking he’s a 1st rounder is wrong. It makes me appreciate Bandy even more.

Henderson is afraid of contact but I don't think I've ever seen a corner look as bad as Greedy. We all hate UF but CJ doesn't come close to how bad Greedy is in that regard.

You can't make assumptions off of one drive.

A talented kid? Sure. Do I wish we had him? Yep.

But a 'big miss'? Teddy Bridgewater was a big miss. Dalvin Cook was a big miss. Calvin Ridley was a big miss. Jerry Jeudy was a big miss.

CJ is not in that same echelon.

I watched two drives of that game and that was more than enough. Mind you I’ve watched the Kentucky, Mizzou, and LSU games.
I’d take Greedy over Henderson all day long. It’s not close either.

Ok. Sounded like you only watched that game.

I'm easily taking Henderson. Would rather have the guy who will give me A+ coverage with C- physicality than the guy with the same coverage but F physicality.

Peters has the best DB tape I've personally watched with Desmond Trufant right behind him. How does Washington keep producing these 1st round CBs?
 
There's plenty of DBs out there who aren't physical but ****, this guy straight runs away from any contact. It's not 1995, corners have to be able to tackle these days. Run the ball to his side of the field every time. You're guaranteed to have at least a one man advantage.

And it's not just that. Throw bubbles at him all night. Let KJ get his hands on him and drive his *** into the bench. Run Hightower at him. Run Wiggins at him.
