CIS Predicts the 2025 ACC Football Order of Finish

Easy boy.

Been to bigger games for the U longer than you been alive.

Didn’t see your list. Also didn’t see the last time we won the ACC. Like I said lots to prove. Take a knee on that one see what I did there? Coaching matters as well.
Someone must have run over this poor guy's dog. What a Grumpy Gus.

To include our first. Nebraska fans among the friendliest back then.

You weren’t there because nobody who is somewhat educated and over the age of 18 calls everyone who has a different opinion puzzies.

Carry on.

I don't even have issue with the fact not a single one of y'all believes we can beat a BASIC and very overrated Clemson team. No surprise in that. But how far off y'all are on the talent level of some of these other teams tells me y'all taking the ESPN approach. Asking baseball, basketball and boxing people for their opinions on football.
Crazy how the narrative on Klubnik has flipped. 24 of his 36 TDs last year came against App State, NCST, Stanford, Wake Forest, YVA, VT and Citadel. Not exactly elite defensive talent. He had a combined 0TDs and 2 Picks against the two legit teams he faced during the season in UGA and S. Carolina.

Of course Clemson will be a good team this year, but I don't see the elite Clemson of before. ****, we beat them with Emory as our QB.

Been a fan since 85....educated and not shell shocked recent years of average play. Just like all things there is a time for everyone all things.

So he had 2/3’s of his TD’s vs almost 2/3’s of the schedule? Also interesting you left the Texas game out when he threw for over 300 and 3 TD’s… with that being said Klubnik is definitely good but Clemson is not the Clemson of the past and at this point I think the canes might have actually caught up to them talent wise.

1. Clemson
2. SMU
3. Florida State
4. Miami
5. Louisville
6. Georgia Tech
6. Duke
8. UNC
9. VaTech
10. NC State

Couple favorable schedules and I wanted to be a homer but we need to prove we can win.
So we needed to prove we can be a winner but you put fspoo ahead of us? K. I'll clarify I don't remember who puke got at quarterback now or Louisville. However I know Duke's coach is blatant joke just like Florida State and SMU benefited from the absolute weakest schedule ever last season. This season is slightly more difficult but I don't really see too many hiccups for them either maybe two. If I had to go any particular kind of way I would say the top schools not in any particular order are Clemson Miami Georgia tech Louisville and Virginia tech got to throw Pittsburgh into that conversation as well. SMU like I said will probably benefit from the schedule again but that team is trash so you can throw them into that category as well if the only thing you're going to do is look at a record. Florida State I'd say is the seven to eight when team NC State has good coaching so they could surprise. Same with Pitt.

Club Nick is a very average quarterback with a strong will to compete that is the one thing I will give him credit for is strong competitive drive. And while yes as you pointed out that's 2/3 of their games the fact that that's 2/3 of the games and all you had was 24 TDs up against trash like that should be just as much of an indication because that is basically the murderer's row of the girls YMCA. I'm sorry but for myself I haven't seen much that impresses me about *** club Nick. But then again plenty of people think drew aller is elite and I think he might be worse than *** club Nick. So there's that...

FSU has a favorable conference schedule I think and is at home. Rivalry game and they did get a QB whole can run.

I graduated from UGA and wasn’t huge Beck fan and now he is ours. I hope he balls out.

You said it best really when you named several and pretty much said it could be any order. SMU has money and a nice schedule. Know more once ND is done.

SMU has gotten all kinds of love today on the ACC Media kickoff.

Clemson, too...

They are also predicting UVA to be a school , like Syracuse last season, to rise up and surprise alot of people. They really like the QB, Chandler Morris.

Honestly to me Notre Dame isn't really a reflection of how our season will play out. Florida is far more telling of that. Another thing that I think is going to greatly affect our season potentially plays out his how the ACC decided to set up our bye weekends. That's just a blatant f*** you to us. And then seven consecutive weeks of games ending the schedule with I believe three consecutive games that could all be in the '20s and 30s degree range. It's not really a complaint everybody's got f***** up s*** that happened. But we definitely didn't catch no breaks. Nor do I believe we really want to. When you say poo has a favorable schedule that is slightly true however any mention of castellano like him being a running QB is a positive I think is probably not the most accurate He's running QB because nothing about him is accurate and as he's proven he is very tender shall we say. I do that soft like that that can't even scare anybody off with a passing game probably has some health concerns on the horizon. But honestly even if he didn't he doesn't scare me any. I still say seven to eight wins tops for Pooh if they greatly over achieve they can get nine. What will suck in that will be where our fan base would probably turn as I wouldn't be overly surprised to see us around that same nine. For us our record is entirely dependent on the progress of the defense That's the front four that's the middle three That's the back end. If our communication is where it needs to be nothing in this country let alone the weak *** ACC scares me.

2/3ds of his TDs against some of the worst P4 defenses last year. I get that the schedule is the schedule but it should be taken into account when looking at his stats. He threw 2 of those TDs after they were already down 31-10. Texas basically playing shell defense for the entire fourth quarter helped with those yards as well. He wasn't good that game.

A lot of money at SMU. Now it’s legal to pony up so to speak.

he played better than any other QB Texas faced last year in that game and the only other argument would maybe be Leavitt from ASU but still not really comparable, the Clemson defense let him down big time in the first half

Not going to act like I watched every Clemson game I just think out of the returning starters in cfb I’d put him in the top 5 with Nussmier, King, Leavitt, and Hoover from TCU. That’s just my opinion though based on what I saw, and completely agree that Allar is overrated.

Yeah UF is probably going to be the best early indicator of how good a team we are because they'd probably be like a top 3-5 ACC team this year.

ND is expected to be a great team. If we win its week 1 home game playing a team starting a true frosh QB. Who knows how much we can really take from that, plus stylistically we probably don't play another team even remotely similar to them until like Clemson. If we lose, ND is basically guaranteed to finish the season ranked top 10. They basically have 3 games that define their season, Us, A&M, USC. And ultimately that loss isn't effecting our main initial goal of ACC Championship. The funny thing is I'm actually more confident that we beat ND than I am we run the table the last 4 weeks to end the season - and thats just because historically we have completely proven unable to do so. And thats the #1 thing that Mario needs to get done. Winning the games we clearly should win...

I have said a few times but the most important games have to be the ACC games of Louisville and SMU. FSU obviously is a must win as well, but I don't expect them to be as good as Louisville and SMU will be.

Also, While our schedule certainly screws us Late particularly with it ending on two road games like that, It does actually set up extremely nice for us the first 8 weeks. We get to play home against ND starting true frosh QB to open the season and have all the guys fired up. We have the rivalry OOC week 4 at home before Conference play. We get our Instate and inConference must win rivalry game against FSU early after an immediate bye to recover from one of toughest early OOC schedules in country. Then right after we get another bye and home friday game against probably a preseason top 4 ACC opponent that is 1 of top 2 most important games of season for us against Louisville. I think Lousiville is 3rd best team in ACC, so this is a must win game for us to make ACC CG I think. Then we get probably our easiest conference game against Stanford to "recover", followed by what is likely our best ACC opponent on the road in SMU. That 8 week stretch of literally our 4 toughest opponents of the season is setup pretty **** well for us. The only question for our schedule become closing out the game we should close out to end the season! Which we have proven incapable of doing thus far the past like 20 years.

Now, Would I choose to maybe move that first bye week later in the season and go UF - Stanford - FSU - Bye - Louisville - @Pitt - @SMU - then our 2nd Bye.... absolutely. But this isn't really all that bad. The real "difficulty" is that under multiple coaches now, we have consistently just been unable to win the "easy" conference games especially late in the season. The Syracuse - NCSt - @VTech - @Pitt stretch to end the season is one that we have just no business losing a game in.

See candy *** applies regardless of thread.

Florida will be our biggest test but ND is expected to be great? WTF proofread much?

Those two are great and our biggest games are SMU, Louisville, and FSU? Well way to go out on a limb you just named 5 games that’s huge…wow.

Before you 🤮 a post proofread your own. Also, make your predictions don’t judge others…my prediction is just as accurate as yours as chances are you are no more football literate than the next poster that always likes to say…

“Like I’ve said” or “I have said a few times”. Look forward to your prediction.

Lol wtf are you talking about? You post makes absolutely zero ******* sense because

1. Literally didn't even respond to you nor have anytime recently

2. I literally didn't say UF was our biggest test, I said the best EARLY indicator of how good a team we are. This is because Notre Dame is expected to be very good - like top 5 pre-season, so losing doesn't tell us all that much, but because its week 1 at home against a true frosh QB making his first start may not be a real indicator that we are definitely a top 5 team either...

3. I said our MOST IMPORTANT for us to reach our main goal of winning the ACC, not THE BIGGEST - as technically that is Obviously ND and our 2 rivalry games. Louisville and SMU are currently projected to be the 3rd/4th best team by most people and are the most difficult Conference opponents we face.

4. Your prediction of FSU being better than us after we ****ed them last year and they barely improved? Yeah that was an absolute garbage post and prediction you made.
