No that's not actually how it works. The first amendment doesn't protect your right to say what you want on this site. CIS isn't run by the government, so they can censor anything they want. And that's the joke. People yell 1st amendment like it means they can say anything anywhere they want.

Those ******** didn't even give you a trial. After reading your thread about it, IMO, your band was a travesty of CIS injustice.

And had I known you were serving time, I would have posted the #FreeErnie & #HerdForErnie things everywhere.

Both of you are saying the same thing here. Besides, CIS is a controlled forum that has an agenda and does what the administrators want to do... we are visitors in their house and therefore we have to live by their rules... or "sayonara".
