Every great institution has a theme song and CIS needs one because thanks to @DMoney it has become a great institution. I initially though that Fanfare for the Common People by Copeland was appropriate, but it is too common and used by the Olympics.
My suggestion is Sweet Caroline. This song should be playing in the background automatically as we scroll through the CIS site. @Andrew, can you please make it happen?
