I keep reading that Richt did not play to Rosier's strength. That there is a magical OC out there that would play to his strength's. I keep asking what are his strength's are but none get listed.

Nothing you can do with a QB who is that inaccurate. He should add 10 pounds and move to fullback.

hes mobile...has moxy....

we literally didnt roll him or the pocket .. 1 time this whole year.

Richt's a solid oc. Nothing more, nothing less. With Rosier you need more creativity to be honest..whether that is with shifts , motions, what have you to allow advantages against the defense.

We rolled him out and moved the pocket several times yesterday and he was still inaccurate.

His strengths, such as they are, seem to be respect from teammates and a moderate amount of rushing ability. His strengths do not include arm strength, accuracy, field vision, or consistency (physical or mental), which is why he's been god-awful against defenses that crowd the box and force him to beat them with his arm. Hard to game plan with that...

Agreed - we didnt roll out all year bc he isnt accurate when he has time

What game were ya'll watching that we didn't roll him out multiple times for him to sail the ball over the receivers head by 8 yards everytime?

You can roll him out, move the pocket, use shifts and motions. But at the end of the day the QB has to throw the ball to the WR at least semi-accurately. There’s no way around that part. This happens to be his biggest flaw.

I guess you didn't watch the game yesterday.

His strength is when Richt doesn't rattle him and he plays to his rhythm. Cause I know he can hit those passes that he was missing by 10 yards --- or at least not completely blow it.

Great kid who wants to win. Rosier biggest strength is he is the best QB on roster. This may change next year, but it is what it is for now.

He knows what Right is looking for on the field. He was probably the best fundamental QB on our roster. Those fundamentals seemed to have gone out the window during the Pitt game though. I'm sure they will be able to get him back to where he was at the start of the season with these much needed bye weeks.
