lol it’s all circumstances man. This offense is very kind to a slot WR. if you can read a coverage & understand leverage, you gunna eat. If Ray or Toney beat out this 25 year old vet, then they might more than “ACC mid”. Only concern I’ve had with this WR room is will they be ready to catch the **** ball G1. That’s why you go get vets. We’ll see how it shakes out.

If we ended up finishing similar to how we did this year (lose 2/3 to finish) our resume would be too strong this time around.

I want to believe too my dude, but I think we might go from major holes in the secondary last season to major holes at another position group this upcoming season.

Might? Have you checked our LBs? It's a chasm, albeit one that can be ameliorated by DL and S performance.

I feel much better about the WR room. We didn't get that guy and I doubt this last one still enters at this point, but we got enough. I think we close well on D here. We didn't get everything we wanted, but in the end, enough. This team is going to be better than last season. Not a top 10 O, much less #1, but this will be a better team. Let's watch the finish with the portal.

Gotta go AT LEAST 1-1 ND/UF. & look like a competitive team doing so.

Dont think our LBers gonna be worse than last year. They stunk last year tho, so this doesn't mean they will be good.

We lost 1 starter, who didn't play well last year. Brought 1 starter back who also didn't play well last year. Brought some contributors back, who couldn't start over the two guys who didn't play well And we have a bunch of young guys who either didn't play at all last year or weren't here. We got Bonner in portal too. We should try to get the Rutgers guy if his knee still functions.

I have a theory/hope that Heatherman is so scary and terrifying that the LBer corp will be better to the point that they're adequate. Fear is a great motivator!
