But this isn't the first year they started it. Simeon Barrow had the same patch last year.

Edit: Ignore me. I am wrong. I was misremembering a post from Ghosts of the Orange Bowl on facebook but I just double-checked and what they had said was that Simeon Barrow was the first to wear #10 again since they unretired Mira's jersey. My apologies!
