Chris Weinke?

I've mentioned that a bunch of times already. Makes sense....Weinke was at IMG for many years and played for Richt.

Also look out for Steve Walsh (currently at IMG)

Ken Dorsey (2006 - 2008) and Thomas Brown (2009 - 2010) missed each other in Cleveland (Browns) by one year. I wonder if there a connection......hmmmm?
 
One more thing....

Remember the "rumor" that Bucth was telling the admin that he had Dorsey lined up as OC?

I don't see a reason he would not work under Richt.

Make me puke a little to have another nole on staff. Although, he should have been a Cane -- he was from Walsh's HS. By the way, that HS coach said Steve was much better. Just saying.
 
Weinke is credited with the development of Newton as well as Dorsey. I think either he or Dorsey would be a good addition to the staff.
 
I worked with him at IMG years ago. No sunshine to this guy whatsoever. WANT

because Richt wants to coach the qbs
 
Dorsey is not going to leave a NFL QB coaching job for a College QB job!!!!!!!!!!

It's pretty clear Richt wants to coach the QB's, then hires his son to execute whatever drills he wants them working on.
 
He is going to be "hands on" but not the QB coach.

Almost every big time college football team has a QB coach and its not the head coach.

Jimbo, Harbaugh, Urban, etc.

We will have a QB coach.
