Is it too much for me too say that he's our best player on offense all around? Why has he been used to infrequent? Every time he touches the rock it goes for 5+ yards. I can't figure out why he isn't the focal point of the offense.

Life with a vanilla offense to protect your 1-read QB. Just enjoy the ride. 10-0!

Bottom line during game day had draft prospects...Ryan ****** Izzy was 5th tight end with no Herndon. It’s un****inreal...

Coming into today's game he had 36 catches. Sure, I'd like to see him get the ball a little more but criminally underused is an overstatement. Those are good numbers for a TE especially considering we don't throw the ball 30-40 times a game.

The only logical explanation to me is that they are trying to protect him from injury so he is ready for the ACCCG and bowl game(s). While it's true he was drawing defenders which freed up other receivers, I still saw him open in several routes. He definitely could have been targeted more.

We need all the help blocking we can get with our inconsistent o-line play. I agree though. He is underutilized in the passing game.
