It'll either be in Miami or it'll be in Auburn.

I think ND would have to lose to Wake for it not to be in Miami.

They're not doing Ohio State again, and they're at Bedlam this week so I doubt they'd do Oklahoma or Iowa State/Ok State

Whats left? Bama/Miss St? No one wants to go to Miss State.

They are in stillwater this week but if we win saturday they will be in MIami next week .

If we lose to VT and it's like last year then not sure we would get gameday

He's there to meet with the coaches since he's calling the game Saturday. Has nothing to do with with that abortion of a show, Gameday.

/Gameday used to be my favorite show back in the day when it was only on for an hour.

Exactly this. They always meet with coaches to talk to them before the Primetime Games. Everyone really needs to calm their moobs about Gameday.

Yep. And I don't think they would have the on-air people scouting locations. Someone actually has a job called..."Location Scout"

Why are people obsessed with us having Game Day?

I don’t give 2 shīts about it.

It’s only temporary publicity, it has no long term beneficial impact, and could even be considered a distraction to the coaches and players.

For as much as some people claim they hate ESPN, they sure seem to be so emotionally needy in wanting that Game Day validation.

Fūck them. Let them have their Game Days in the typical SEC rèdnėck hick town. Chris Fowler and his ilk are more comfortable in that environment anyway.

Don’t need them. Don’t like them. Don’t want them.

What would they do for gameday, would it be on campus or would they go to hard rock and let people in/start tailgating at 9am?

Gameday might suck but it's great for the school. Helps build the bandwagon by getting students/other people that might not normally care to actually give a sh*t. I went to the Temple-ND gameday a few years back and it was great to see the whole city get behind the team even though we're historically a dogsh*t program.

F*ck ESPN but won't deny the impact that Gameday can have in building morale.

It's going to Stillwater for OU vs. OK St. It'll be here next week if we win ....

Let focus and beat VT. Everything, and i mean everything will come into place for whatever else we want to accomplish this year.

However VT is the focus and we need to put anything other than beating VT on the backburner

I'll admit I did laugh at the thought of someone thinking Fowler was scouting locations on campus for a show he's not even a part of anymore.

I remember as a student they did GameDay by the Rock in the middle of campus. They also did GameDay once FROM the OB, which looked pretty hilarious.

Of course these days, ESPN would probably have GameDay "at UM" ... live from 13th and Collins

Thank the Big Guy Upstairs this game is home and don't have to endure this guy repeating "when we talked to the coaches this week" or "Malik told us Richt said he'd never play for him" 100x.
