Chlamydia Bowl

120 plus teams now, so a lil less than half get one more weekend to play and reward the kids

I think the 6-win rule made sense when teams played 11 games. With 12 games, they should bump the qualifying win total to 7.

The bowls and the colleges want that extra cash. But being bowl eligible is a huge plus because of all of the extra practices you are allowed. True freshman and RS freshman mature much faster on bowl eligible teams.

Of course that is assuming the coach has a half a brain in their head. Alfraud Grohlden has opted not to take advantage of the extra practices because his players despise him and his process. Alfraud figured he could buy their loyalty by giving them days off. These kids want to ball out and play in the league. You want their loyalty win some games. You think Nick Satan is mister popularity, no, but those kids know they are getting prepared to play on Sundays.

If I am not mistaken the 6 win rule was the ND rule. They got bowl bids no matter how many wins they had so the minimum was established. With son many bowls now many undeserving teams get bids. It should be raised to 7 or even 8. Let's stop this participation reward system.

More likely the 6 win rule is there so there will be enough teams to fill these clown bowls. A quick count shows 14 bowl teams with 6 wins going into the bowl. Fresno State got a bowl with a 6-7 record going in - that's 5-7 against FBS schools. Ridiculous.
