With all the hype people have here about Chip Kelly to Miami, why has noone considered Chip Kelly to the Tennessee Titans? He could part ways with Philly and Tennessee just fired their HC and Chip can reunite with his boy Mariotta who he obviously has a hard on for.

Thoughts?

Word is, he's tired of the NFL and is wanting to go back to college.

Considering the mess that is the Titans -- i wouldn't want to walk into that mess, either.

Marcus Mariota isn't Tom Brady.
 
His HS system doesn't work at NFL level. Using half the field and trying to cover up weaknesses with uptempo only works in college below NC level. If his Show Cause has expired, he will probably go back to college and bring excitement without HCs to some school until he gets that school in ncaa trouble. What they said he did wrong he will do again because, like Golden, he is the smartest guy in whole building and he could not possibly be wrong about anything.

Actually, those points have been raised by several of the Philly media. However, everyone up here is resigned to Chip getting 1 more year. Owner Lurie hasn't shown impatience, in the past.

Eagles' remaining schedule is on the tough side.
