So predictable how certain people turn this into a political issue. As my (busted on a prostitution charge) Crim Pro professor used to teach us, the people who support the "law and order model" love to find an "exception" when it best suits them. Oh, he "made a mistake". "Harmless error". "Who among us...".

The guy knew the rules. He screwed up. Consequences.

Back in college, a week before we started student teaching they got ALL the teaching majors together and the first thing they told us was not to look at **** on school property or equipment. You'd think some things are just common sense.
