Charmar Brown [Not in Portal]

You have to believe Pringle's blocking improves with another year in the PROgram
Yea it can but when you play teams with nfl bodies and draft talent they going to destroy him. For like some acc play we can get away with it imo. In playoff play it’s a different animal. You need big bodies for every position if you want to create a power imo. Pause

They don't destroy Malachi. While more strength should help Pringle, a lot of it is mental/desire.

Pringle may as well learn to block in pass protect, because if he wants to play in the NFL it's a must.

Maybe...but this whole board was begging for more speed with Pringle or Lyle. We can't have it both ways when #4 is clearly our #1 back. Pringle played well until he whiffed on a blitz.
I'm not the whole board I was never begging for 170lb Pringle in this offense

you cant hit Toney his hit box is small, Downs got him cause hes an nfl talent. Hard to hit Mali and he takes off to block, but Pringle has to stand there and take on rushers who are coming full speed pause. Two different players and positions ofc Pringle will 100% get better at it. He will be fine and for them to take him with them being big on size speaks of his talent. Agree though Pringle wants to learn and will he has the drive you can tell

We won’t have a high value QB on the books, meaning let’s of money in the bank. Lyle’s money is open, plus a smidge of the QB money = A nice deal for Brown to stay. We need to run the ball 60 times a game next year
No high value QB huh?

Lose in Lincoln or win in Miami?

Would be stupid to leave.
In a vaccum yea. But if Fletcher returns he's no better than #2. Nebraska would hand him the keys as the featured back, and the resulting NIL for a #1 back. Kids at this age aren't thinking "only 8 carries a game will save my body down the line."

He's from Omaha. 🤷🏿‍♂️

He was from Omaha last year too when he chose Miami over Nebraska. So we'll see. I like the kid, he runs hard. I hope he stays and this is just the typical hometown fans trying to hope and rumor it into existence.
