Spot on with Hurtt. I've already heard multiple Texas based writers say that Chuckie Weak STILL cites Hurtt's show clause as an impediment to his success in Austin while also mentioning it was the reason he didn't take the Tennessee job (as EVEN those hilljacks were cognizant enough at the time to tell him that that he couldn't bring Hurtt to Knoxville).
 
Kingbury should hire Strong to be DC at Texas Tech. Charlie should command $1,000,000 per year as DC and he will get his full $10.7 million payout from Texas.
