Look, I am pretty jaded about good things happening for us, but I really could see him going to a program like ours for 2-3 years, rebuilding his rep and then try his hand at HC again or move up to DC in the league. Wish this would happen, but we're simply not that lucky. Our admin's aren't smart enough to make that hire and the required financial commitment to make it happen.

If this guy gets fired, its not Blake that should be fired, its Patke imo. Strong could coach LBs & be a recruiting coordinator/Co-DC. Bring back Kul on the DL. Pick 1 2ndary coach either Banda or Rumph and then hire a ST coordinator that can recruit. Maybe Strong's DC & secondary corch Bedford, he can croot too if I remember. If Strong & Bedford could do the job of 3 Miami corches, you free up a spot to bring in another OC.
