change my mind: toney was caught from behind because he was gassed from being in every single play

yall so sensitive. i didnt insult your mother. i didnt insult toney. if anything, i'm criticizing the excessively gadget-heavy playcalling. untwist your panties and think logically.

if toney had been fresh, i don't believe this guy catches him. newsflash: football is all about angles. engage your braincells - i'm not literally saying the aTm guy ran faster than toney - i'm saying if he was fresh the angle wouldn't have been enough.

I agree OP..staff sucks. Should've planned in the event Mali breaks one. Planned for the angle too. Total lapse. And if they'd given 35 some reps he wouldn't have bailed when we needed him. Luke wholeheartedly concurs.

I know its crazy to ask, BUT IF Scott turns his head and peels back like Bain did right before him, then its TOUCHDOWN BABY.

But I love Scott's mindset, hes looking for contact with the last defender thats being stalked blocked by I think a TE.

I agree about putting it to rest. If you get a chance, go back and watch a replay of him falling. It sure appears he wasn’t touched by the AM player, but the turf monster grabbed his other foot. I honestly think he was looking up at the video screen to see what was behind him.
 
He wasnt run down. That was the luckiest desperado-diving tackle I have seen in a long time. Dude couldnt even grab him. Just slapped his leg enough for his foot ro hit the back of his plant leg. The game would have bee over right then.
