A&M player got enough of his right foot to make it go behind the left, and that’s how he was tackled. Seems though that Toney started to veer towards the middle of the field and had he stayed towards the sideline more then he would’ve scored, and looking at the big screen doesn’t help either. I’m not gonna bash Toney, he’s everything we would want him to be. Afterall, he is supposed to be in high school right now . Just enjoy this win, it was a huge win and exactly what we needed to boost our program.

Don’t think that was the cause, but I will say our over reliance on Toney did harm us that game and I know every team wants to feed their star player the ball, but I’ve seen other guys step up enough in big moments this season to start looking away from Toney and go to Daniel’s or Marion, and even old reliable run game which is what won us the game.
