The ACC was probably banking on Miami/FSU or Va Tech Notre Dame as the 8 pm game. Now that Va Tech lost and their QB is out, I think that will be the 330 game and Miami/FSU will get the prime time treatment

Auburn vs. Miss St. is either the ESPN showcase night game or the CBS/SEC 3:30 showcase. That’ll be the best game that week. OU vs. UT are usually 3:30 games because of the fair that runs around the game.

It is on 6 day hold so it should be on Sunday. Basically they are saying we need to wait until after Saturday's games to decide.

NBC contract is only for home games. ND does have to play Stanford this week so there is a good chance they have a loss and VT could have 2 losses after this weekend.

ESPN loves the whole Enter Sandman shtick, especially for night games. If both VT and ND win, I can't see us getting the 8 p.m. game.

I hope you give them a box full of **** for their wedding gift. My wife's cousin is getting married 10/6. I told her "sorry, not sorry. Have fun at the wedding and give them my best regards." Everyone understands.

People who decide to get married on fall Saturdays should be spayed or neutered.

People who schedule the reception hours after the wedding is over, that's gas chamber worthy. Yeah, it's your wedding, your day, but all these people are coming there FOR YOU. Respect them and give them a good party.
