Look at the other top flight DEs from the 2014 class. Many of them made immediate impacts. And none if them possess more ability than Chad.

This is what happens when you take guys with certain skills and try to cram them into a rigid system.

It's all coaching, when Calais Campbell was a junior he was spectacular with Palermo as D line coach, when he was a senior Shannon replaced Palermo with Hurtt and his play was average, luckily the Cardinals saw his talent in his junior year. Jethro must GO!!!
