Nope.
Two loss or even three loss SEC or B1G champs are not automatically going to get seeds. ND is not automatic to get a seed but would have head-to-head.
Big 12 sucks.
 
Its that part of the season, with what I see on defense, where I start rooting against Louisville every week to avoid having to stop Brohm and that offense in a ACCCG (especially since it’s potentially a win or else game if we lose this ND game)

SEC and B10 champs are getting byes. Period. 11-1 ND is getting a bye. 1 loss B12 Champ (Utah/BYU/TT) would have a better win or wins than anything Miami will have bc Wake will plummet even if they win out and we beat them again in Charlotte.

On the flip side, it makes an easy path to the National championship game for an actuallly good team as 80% of the field will be garbage SEC teams.

If you don't think the SEC champ is getting a top-4 seed regardless of record, you haven't watched college football in a while.

lol I guess that makes sense but wait for the hedging from ESPN about why they all choke in the CFP.. they were all so beat up from playing each other in the regular season… I’m calling it now.

Just don’t see it. UCLA is undefeated and has multiple teams ahead of them.
SEC with two losses barely beating another two loss team would not be an automatic seeding.
Or at least not automatic ahead of Miami destroying whoever in Charlotte.
