Weve seen over the last few weeks what our A/B gap running can do when you got toney and others streaking around the end. Puts too much pressure on the defenders.
That edge run by toney to score was perfect example. Drug the nickel out of the play and he got lost in the wash.
The pistol was a nice wrinkle as well. Suits fletcher well.
Alot of the board noticed the pistol working in 2nd qtr. Dawson and them changed at the half like he mentioned.
It'll be interesting to see what OSU tries to stop more. The inside run or the edges. My guess is the inside run because they think their secondary can handle the outside.
