CFB Week 0 thread: Bill Belichick farewell tour kicks off in Dublin

I turned to Free Shoes because I was disgusted with this High School game. I come back and Hawaii made a game of it.

Stanford is straight trash.

No their qb got an idiotic intentional grounding penalty in the red zone, then they got a delay of game before the 54 yard field goal attempt—so they had to punt.

It all went disastrously downhill from there… had two poor drives but were passing plenty on those drives, just didn’t move the chains.

Hawaii scored back to back times, with a two point conversion on the first TD. They missed the PAT on the second one tho which has become the pivotal difference; alongside with the safety after Hawaii ****ed up the kickoff return to start the second half (one returner called fair catch but the other returner went and caught the kickoff negating the fair catch touchback and turning it to just a normal fair catch)
 
Excited to see Rudolph. I wish he had stayed. Great athlete, just needed to add weight.

Special teams and penalties continue to be so goddam important in determining close games
