CFB Week 0 thread: Bill Belichick farewell tour kicks off in Dublin

After watching Popo for 3 qrts I dont think he is a good player on a bad defense, more like an contributing reason why the defense is bad. He lacks speed and awareness .... just another under performer playing in a bad defense. I really though he would shine there.

They had a veteran OL last season and yet Manny Diaz solved them with a pretty simple formula- time of possession and limiting turnovers. Duke held the ball for 10 min longer than UVA in the ACC championship even though UVA had the better offensive numbers. In this game UVA held the ball for almost 15 min more than NC State. I think Miami can win the TOP battle against UVA.

No doubt UVA will be a tough opponent for a lot of teams but NC State isn’t much of a test. NC State went 3-4 against the 7 P4 teams with winning records they played last season. It’s not a very good team.

UVA is big, experienced and physical. their schedule is even worse than Miami's. they are gonna do this to everyone. as long as the QB doesn't turn it over they will be if every game. they are just gonna grind every game out and they should because thats the strength of their team
 
The way espn was hyping Cj as the most underrated returning QB , and ncst might have the 11 win season Virginia had last year. I thought this would go the opposite way.

I would be happy if it’s Miami v UVA in the ACC championship. Nice matchup for us. Miami should win easily if we don’t beat ourselves.
