CFB 27 PC Players: Updated Roster/all Prospects & a Plug-n-Play Dynasty for Week 1

Cool thing about these files is that everything is editable, Lennear/Sears/Wright et al are in the game (on the dynasty file anyway), I've juiced up the coaching points and NIL, but I've tried to be fair to Miami's players in rating them.



  • Just about all the signed prospects not in the base game are in both files, except Jackson Carver, CWH, and some of the walk-ons.

  • Hayden Lowe - shipped his *** to Sac State.

  • Jontavious Wyman -- shipped him to FIU.

  • Cam Vaughn: I edited him to WR6 on the depth chart, & his dealbreaker status is Playing Time, so he will want to portal after season 1.

  • Ratings are more accurately appraised imo. Obviously, Orange & Green glasses, but I've factored in D$'s reports and chatter and despite this, Lofton is still just an 85 OVR, not a 99. I kid.

  • The ideal starting line for example looks like Okunlola-Congdon-Rodriguez-SJ-McCoy right now. I've changed player weights of players that put on muscle, including Lightfoot (updated his # to 8 as well).

  • Other Updates: Buchanan moved to center, SJ kicked to guard, Congdon kicked to guard/elite potential, Meriweather downgraded, Appropriate upgrades to guys like BFitz & Baby Jesus' ability to throw passes & not drop passes, Mensah, etc.

  • Possibly overrated: Maybe Dre Jacobs & Keona Davis are too high. I jest a bit but I think EA criminally underrates the Canes even with upgrades to their pipelines over CFB26.

Erratum: I accidentally made Lyle a sophomore. Oh well. That's the one big mistake. *shrug*

If you're a console gamer, sorry. None of this is remotely possible on consoles.

If you don't want this, also cool. Why would I give a ****? Literally been here for 14 years WAITING for Miami to not suck & for this to be possible on consoles or PC, no skin off my back one way or the other. Just happy to contribute.

Very much so.

One mod adds all FCS teams.

Another adds a ****load of jerseys.

Others are QoL overhauls to recruiting logic, one adds a 5th year of eligibility, and another adds a 2nd portal window.

Another purports to add a ******* CFP committee but havent tried yet.

Yet another winds the clock back to the 2000s but with the CFP format.
 
Well ****, I gotta take a look. I haven't gotten to play much and Ive only been in Road to Glory cause I was wanting a good set of mods to become available before getting into Dynasty.

Now to find the time to set it all up and play 😂

I simmed several seasons and these were the results:

Mensah 1st rd
Fletcher 1st rd
Barkate 4th rd
Okunlola 1st rd
McCoy 4th rd
Wilson 1st-2nd rd
Moten 1st-2nd rd
Scott 1st-2nd rd
Smith UDFA
Toure 4th rd
OJF 1st-2nd rd

Returning: Lightfoot (graded 2nd-3rd), Lyle (graded 5th-7th)

I'll take that re:my edits.

I never hit 7 first rounders like the Canes in 2003, but **** close.
