2027 CB Board (2027 Edition)

No shot but I’m not going to b*tch here. The CB recruiting has leveled up and I expect it to be good again for 2027. We haven’t tapped into this level yet though, baby steps.

The 26 recruiting cycle is over and the focus shifts to the 27 CB class. This is now the primary recruiting thread

OP updated

We turned the CB position from a position of weakness into a position of strength via the portal and the last recruiting class. What will with 27 CB cycle have in store? Will we have space issues again?

Working on planning January visits.
Eyeing a top-six release "soon."
Tennessee has done a really nice job, but we'll see if the Vols can pick up where they left off now that Tim Banks is out as defensive coordinator in Rocky Top.
South Carolina has done an excellent job.
— Would peg Texas A&M as a probable top-6 inclusion, and possibly in the top-half of that group.
Notre Dame is on him heavily.
— Among others in the mix to make his top-six: Oklahoma, Miami, LSU, Clemson.
Florida State firing Patrick Surtain likely hurts the Seminoles' chances. On the other hand, Auburn has a chance to become relevant with some of the moves they're making.
