Case for starting with cream puffs

Would have been nice to have played B-CU or MI this week instead of UNC. I think the extra preparation would have helped Opening up with UF and then on the road to UNC mat have been asking for to much of this team at this time.

On the other hand, we were this close to 2-0 and having those games under our belt and behind us.

True story but they were at home so the extra week is probably a wash especially considering the first week NC didn’t play a game so we only had previous film with different personnel.
 
Im fine with not scheduling cream puffs but if we do they need to be the first 1-2 games of the season. No point in playing what ever random HBCU we play every year in the 3rd game of the season.

actually they got an old coach who hadn't coached in a long time and only won 2 games last season
 
It comes across as ghey excuse making, but yes, there's no doubt with ALLLLLLL the new moving parts this year, we would have greatly benefited from having some light games to start the year. But who the F cares? That wasn't our schedule. We just allowed a mediocre UNC team to convert on 4th and 17 and beat us. They were pulling our pants down early like we were ******* FAU. I don't give a rat's *** about what a better schedule would have been. We're a downright embarrassment right now.
 
Fuc starting with bottom feeders. UNC suited up for the same game the U and they didn't seem to have a problem pushing our **** in. Theres not a rational person, on the planet, that had NC winning that game. We lost to a basketball school. The U hasn't been a football school in 15 plus years though. This garbage is disgusting. 0-2 - swallow that ****

We should have at most one cream puff, especially as long as we play in the ACC CoaRstal.

We should play either 11 or 12 Power 5 games every year.
 
Our whole ACC schedule is a recipe for disaster. UM got hosed this year by ACC and moving UFlop up a week sounded good at the time but too much time off leading to no continuity and then some games get lumped together later on.
 
UNC was in same boat as us though. They opened with South Carolina.

In fact, we had 2 weeks to prepare for 2-10 UNC (so clearly an advantage for us).
