Sounds like this guys been there......sounds like he went back a couple more times for good measure,.. He's got it down pretty good!!
 
The man clearly has actually been through the process. Couple years ago, the wife and I were having new home build. That required countless choices. Trying to leave the decorating entirely to her was met with "I want you to be a part of it." So I bravely went forth and bought the "small" kitchen appliances(falsely assuming that since I do most of the serious cooking that choice should be mine). Two days in I was advised that I was having a whole lot to say about the way the house was going to look and relieved from further duty.

So the secret is to NOT discuss but just decide. They will they redraw their request. See they just want to torture you not share anything with you.
 
what cracks me up the most is that he keeps a straight face thru the entire thing. That’s a man that has been beat down and doesn’t give a f anymore.

Big 12 South Champs in 2008, but only once and a tie. Even Golden had a tie once (no pun intended).

I think the guy is hilarious and overall a good but not great coach. I'm glad he isn't our coach now, and never really wanted him in the past.
 
I personally am not at all a fan of this fool...HOWEVER, this is absolutely fantastic.

Delivered in a manner that only Leach could make work.

forgot about that, but they lost the tie breaker and their 44 point loss to oklahoma that year didn't help them

i'm not a leach hater so to speak, but for people to still mention him and say they wish he was here is funny
 
That story about the blue vs. tan colored invitations and strawberry shortcake vs. blueberry pie was wayyyyyy too specific to be made up. This man lived this nightmare! No wonder he locked kids in dark sheds, the man has been traumatized.

Leach is a hoot for sure, above someone said he is a good but not great coach, he nailed it. He has always just rolled it out there and didn't give a F about what anybody thought, he's smarter than most and knows it, law degree from Pepperdine don't come easy. I am glad we have MR though as ML don't believe in defense, guess they didn't teach that at Pepperdine. His book, Swing Your Sword, is a great read, man is fascinating to say the least
