Prayers to carter!! I believe Carter has been the best thing that happened for this team in lifting the guys spirits especially after that ga tech game.... I will continue to keep him in me and my family's prayers

Great video was this bone marrow taken from a relative? Was he given chemo before his treatment and was he at increased risk for infection with all those people in there?
Wishing him a complete recovery without complications.
 
You have one very special boy there, I am absolutely pulling for him, as well as all the players on my little baseball team. We are the Woodruff Hurricanes out of South Carolina and most of the guys are 7 / 8 years old. I have told the boys what I know of Carters story and they seem inspired. Good luck!

I don't know why the tacked thread is locked, but I hope it wasn't at DHucks' request. If it was, then that's his choice, and fair enough. It's his kid. If it wasn't at his request, the mods are complete idiots. Carter Hucks has a lot more relevance to Miami football that a lot of the **** that gets posted around here.

I subscribe to the blog already. It's just stupid if the mods listened to the idiots in the poll thread, which I fully expect that they did, because, well...
 
If a very small minority of people ruined it for the rest of us then that's ****ed. Carters story is inspirational and deserves to be shared. Kids are so **** tough, faced with adversity and they just put their head down and keep them legs churning, they don't know any better. This entire board is better off for Dhucks sharing that story.
