Kirby Smart is not some sort of HC savent. He has won 2 NCs but it was not really due to him outcoaching the opposition but more just having a much more talented team especially on defense. However, this year's UGA is not as talented as those teams. Miami might not win but I'm pretty sure our offense would give them a game. Just like Miami may not have beaten PSU, OSU or Notre Dame in last week's playoff games because of the defense but they definitely would have made those games actually competitive.

Don’t win multiple championships by a fluke. Get to that point in a season and teams operate at about the same talent level. Georgia’s defense is a strength and, like Saban at Bama, Kirby is hands on with the defense.
