Yeah, thought “efficient “is an odd word to use, but, and I’m just spit balling here, some of our offense was all Cam. His throws, from every angle, his runs, his patience. Even when plays broke down more than not he produced positive yards.Carson played in a pretty structured system. And, if he brings that mindset and uses all his tools to get everyone involved in the schemes then it could “ seem” more efficient, with similar outcomes. WTF, I don’t know.

You expect us to put up more yards and points and have the number one offense again?

We might not have the same statistical numbers in the passing game as last year, but that doesn’t mean we can’t be more efficient. With a stronger O-line, a more consistent run game, and gaget guys like Marion and Lofton who bring a new element that we didn't have last year, we’ll be smarter with the ball and still have an effective offense. I think we’ll control games better—winning at the line of scrimmage and managing the clock to wear teams down. It might not be as flashy, but this will still be one of the better offenses in the country

If we actually have a defense where we're not racing all game to match someone like Louisville or Syracuse scoring 40 points on us, we'll probably have offensive stats that are less impressive, but it would give us a chance to play backups and be less stressful to watch. I'd be fine with that.
