Miami Hurricanes quarterback Carson Beck was named one of the nation’s top 25 quarterbacks for the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award, the Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Educational Foundation, and A. O. Smith Corporation announced Tuesday.

The Golden Arm Award annually honors the nation’s top senior or upperclassman quarterback who demonstrates excellence on the field and leadership off it, along with strong character, citizenship, and academic standing.

I listened to draft dingle dunce Mel Kiper Jr on ESPN radio this morning. He was asked about quarterbacks coming out this year, never once mentioned Carson until asked.

Then he was asked about the best college football player regardless of position. Couldn't stop talking about Dante Moore and then second Jordan Love. named probably 10 more at least. Never once said Reuben Bain. **** him. **** that machine. **** the bias. Its real

Kiper is an idiot though. Does he reflect any intelligence from NFL insiders? I doubt it.

KIper thought Shedeur Sanders was a 1st round QB when the Browns don't want to play him even though they have no QB. That says it all.

Eh. I dont think you can really glean much from what Cleveland does. I’ve always thought Shadeur was forced on Stefanski and he is just not having it right now.
