It's still early, but that move from UGA to Miami is looking better every week. How could a top QB not want to play here next year after seeing Ward and Beck in back to back seasons? If we get a guy like Sagapolutele next season, this team will be entrenched as the prime portal era QB destination in the country where quarterbacks know they can come put up big time numbers behind a great OL. I see a path to sustained dominance...especially if we bring home the title this year.

Pay Shannon Dawson whatever he wants.

Mario is making like 8 milly a year....he doesn't need that much. Have him sit down with Jess, they're just fine with about 6.5. Give the rest to Shannon. If you gotta make him the highest paid coordinator in the game, so be it. I'm not saying he's the absolute best, but he's proven to be able to work perfectly with what Mario and Mirabal give him as far as talent and direction on a scheme.

If Beck goes 1.1 this year, Dawson will probably be the Head Coach of the Dolphins in 2026.

I was trying to make this point (see Cristobal Wall) but you laid it out succinctly.
Premier linemen want to play for him, QBs should follow.
 
If Dawson leaves the new negative recruiting tactic that teams will try to use against Mario is “it was Dawson’s system”. And you’ll have more kids still talking about “I need to see their new offense”.
 
That's the way it should have been to start the season. Don't @ me with any of that he was hurt logic, just put your glasses on and roll with it.
 
So you’re saying putting my money on Manning before the season was a bad bet?
But his dad and uncles played in the NFL! Doesn’t that automatically make him a great player and not some spoiled kid who will still be a millionaire even if he never works a day in his life?
