I'm not young guy, how much more can I take (OK a win is a win.)
But I do yearn for the good old days when we blew em out. How
can anyone forget the Canes - ND game 58 - 7. That was a joy
to behold.

Langham is in my will.

Michigan 88, FSU 86, Florida 03, FSU 02, FSU92 - We used to be the comeback team. Good to be winning these close ones again.

Maybe not a good idea to put him in your will......watch your blind side, just saying '

Be prepared for more chest clutching games like Sanford and son.
:sanford:
This team seems to love playing the tight ones and plays best when their backs are against the wall.
Hopefully we keep on finding ways to win and gain even more confidence in those situations.

Back in the day, we didnt go from insignificant to dominant overnight. There were transition seasons when we started to learn to win. That's where we are today. Once the train gets moving, the blowouts will return.

USCe '87
Michigan St '89
PSU '91
BC '91
Matt Walter's f*ckin knee to Ed Reed - BC '01??

Why does everyone pretend we blew everyone out all the time?

We blew out teams under Golden too. Difference was we'd lose close games. We might've had fewer close games in our glory years, but knowing how to win the tough ones shows growth of this team in the right direction

I remember the "good old days" very well, and many, many times we waited until the fourth quarter to start playing football.

I'm talking - even our top championship teams!
