I know what you meant. Georgia is a legit 11-12 win team. Florida could go 10-2 and still not win that division. Now if they finish behind Kentucky or South Carolina then you have a point.

How so? If we are comparing the SEC E to the coastal. Assume Florida finishes 2nd and we finish 1st

Georgia>Miami
Florida> Virginia
Kentucky>Pitt
South Carolina> Va tech
Missouri>Duke
Tenn>GT with their new offense
Unc and Vandy is a tossup assuming Brown can actually still coach.
 
Can’t see the Coastal better than the SEC East. Teams there would wipe the floor with the Duke’s and Georgia Tech’s of the division. Which makes it worse that we’ve only won it once. But I do see Miami closing circle and getting it done, beginning with UNC in 2 weeks. Obviously we need to make some adjustments, especially on the OL. But I think defensively we can manhandle them and give them fits similar to what Florida did to us DL wise.

They aren’t world beaters but that division is a ton better than the coastal lol

I think we have by far the worst division in the Power 5 period. Some of the teams like USCE wouldn’t play the schedule or cross SEC west teams that they will lose to on the regular.

Most of your BIG12 schools would win this division regularly. Even OKST.

The BIG 10 is top heavy but I still see Wisconsin, Iowa, or Nebraska being regular coastal winners if they were here.

ACC coastal and the PAC 12 South are clearly your two worst divisions and I don’t know which is worse.

USC and Utah probably win the coastal the last 10 years.
 
Even IF true ....that gives me little consolation.

That game was completely winnable

Beating yourself in a huge rivalry game leaves an extremely bitter taste

All we can do is move forward now. NEXT UP

You are proud of this? We also probably wouldn’t make a bowl game if we had the gators schedule. We all know we have a pathetic schedule
