I don't. Some of these kids are soft. They need to hear it. They are poorly led, but you don't see these kids stepping up and taking command. I've played on bad teams before, and even though we weren't talented, leaders would step up and say "Dammit we are going to play hard and if you don't want to do that, we don't need you here". This team plays soft.
