Williams is the kind of guy that you have to recruit over IMMEDIATELY. I don't care how talented he is, he costs this team games because he is selfish. His penalties are usually not effort penalties, they are of the selfish variety. Taunting, Personal Fouls because he can't resist getting in cheap shots, etc. It's amazing how the hard work of 10 guys can be wasted because one guy decides to fight these dumbass battles.
