I agree with this however after living in Vegas and seeing where they put that stadium....I’m starting to believe anything is possible in construction.

There were some old run down hotels that got demolished for the raiders stadium to be built.

I lived on the same street the stadium is being built on in a high rise condo behind the Aria.

People who work in construction are amazing Man. I still can’t believe there is a stadium on that street lol.

Miami won't be able to claim eminent domain and clear land around campus on the cheap. The houses around campus are worth MILLIONS.
