You can't win with a QB that is a net negative in the huddle. Even some of the worst Miami QBs I've seen could at least do SOMETHING. Kirby could throw a decent deep ball, and do something with his legs. Kyle Wright could throw the ball as long as he had time. Give me something, anything TVD does well besides turn the ball over.

looks like he does not even talk to anyone. talk to your receivers and get feedback on what they are seeing.
