They also aren't being put in the best position to win. This is a passing offense, not a ground and pound physical offense. The coaches wanted them to be something they are not. You want to be a ground and pound team? Then get guys that are suited for that type of offense.

Coaches deserve some blame. But it’s hard to coach players that aren’t bought in. Goes both ways. Spread your anger around fairly.

I'm not completely absolving the players, but a huge part of being a coach is having the ability to get the players to buy in. If you can't do that, you're not a good coach.
