The problem is their is no creativity (ex. run the same RFP slant 50x this year until FIU abuses us on it, have we seen one trick play all season that worked?), no game-planning to exploit the defense's weakness, and playcalling is predictable/downright bad at times

That's just the tip of the iceberg. There are a laundry list of issues with Enos. Scheme is not one of them which is ironic cause fans are obsessed with the prostyle/spread dichotomy.
