The BOT and Admin should be ashamed of themselves for STILL running the program like this.

Richt needed every advantage possible to win the SEC EAST a few times. What exactky did this school think was going to happen when you hired that guy AND continued to spend like we are a Mountain west conference team?

The one thing you can't say is that the Miami admin pinched pennies and ended up with Richt. He is getting PAID. Richt hired the staff. Richt at least had something resembling success (SEC East), the retread coaches he hired at OL and DC were total failures at other stops as well.
