I think BC's coach is done. He just can't get it going, and even though he's a quality coach, that program looks dead in the water most weeks.
If he was a quality coach, he would get it going. A quality coach doesn’t have a team that does 19 penalties in a game that they could’ve beat against FSU.

Maybe this hasn't been the domination we craved, but the following is definitely changing after today:

Not sure James Williams is the guy we all hoped he could be. If he's a game changer on defense then he should be owning this Temple defense but he's been a no show
He had a TD saving tackle in the first.... which then later led to us getting an int.

Our weakness in secondary plays into one of FSUs strengths which is throw the ball downfield to JW and KC.
All they need to do is hit on 4-5 of those and that can cancel out our more steady offense.

Kam will help, but KC and JW eat outside the hash marks. Kam can’t be in three places at once.
Not only that but our 3 corners are 5'10 at best and FSU offense if you stop everything just becomes a 1 on 1 jumpball offense.. Thats all they did 2nd half with clemson, just throw fade passes to their tall WR when all else fails..

Surprising because his tenure there started off “promising” for the most part. Just never could win those 50/50 games BC use to win

Look at Cal, Justin Wilcox isn't some scrub. As soon as Wilcox is fired, you know full well he'll end up somewhere else as a top end assistant, and then will get another shot somewhere, like Sonny Dykes did. Some of these schools, it takes **** near a miracle worker to win consistently. Not an accident that BC has been mediocre or flat out bad since they got rid of Jeff Jagodzinski. I'm not saying that Hafley is some kind of savant, but it's beyond obvious that he just can't get talent in the door, which has been the issue for every single BC coach for the better part of 20+ years.
