Those two weeks were possibly the best consecutive games ever played by a college football team....ever....

I know that the total margin of victory for those two consecutive weeks....124-7...is still the record for largest margin of victory over ranked opponents in consecutive weeks....
 
That was the first canes game I ever went to! Have a panoramic poster of the OB from that day in the office

a 59-0 total beatdown of the nationally-ranked Orangemen. Canes knew how to dominate an opponent then. P Buck (Philip Buchanan) was Player of the Game.


Phil B's my guy...Going to the UM HOF Banquet primarily to see him be inducted....
