Canes should move to SEC

We already have a chance to go 0-fer in the ACC. Why increase that probability by going to the SEC?

I think the Canes should move to the NFL. We produce more NFL talent than anyone and C A G's proven schemes are tailor-made for the NFL, and he's studied under NFL veterans like Al Groh and recently spent a week in Dallas teaching the Cowboys' coaching staff his football knowledge.

People around here still promulgating the myth of $EC "superiority"? I thought we were over that. That said, no reason to go there, suck AND lose academic reputation points. Plus, no need to bring more people than necessary to SLS that speak with twangs.

You're right. The ACC and SEC are indistinguishable in football success over the last decade plus.

People might laugh at your suggestion, but I see exactly what you're saying. C A G is definitely better suited for that level of football as his schemes are too complex for dumb college kids. If he had more time each week to inculcate these young men with his NFL approach UM could do much better than we are now.

I'm glad you understand what I'm saying, and thank you for helping to articulate it for the masses, friend. Mastering C A G's scheme takes more time that you are allowed to practice in the NCAA. If UM moved to the NFL, C A G and Coach D'Onofiro would shut people down like Ditka and Buddy Ryan did with the Bears in 1985.

I have no doubt, dear friend, that C A G and Coach D would excel at the NFL level. They remind me of the Keebler elves, who labored in relative anonymity baking tasty treats for their friends, until Nabisco called them up to the "majors". They rose to the occasion and rewarded the fine folks at Nabisco with unrivaled quality baked goods for decades.

On a side note, dear friend, I appreciate the open football talk and free exchange of ideas without castigation from our fellow posters. I'm thinking this is what Jesse Marx and UM had in mind when they changed the rules on here.

Pucking epic!

Even after the crap year we are going to have in 2015, Pyrite will still be hear to 'keep the SWAG16 class together', only to have it fall apart on NSD.

Miami just needs a real coach .....what league they play in don't matter

Yes! We won the NC while in the Big East. That conference was a joke. Oh wait, half of those teams are in the ACC now....haha
